Beatriz Elena Mora was born in Itagüi, Antioquia, and studied singing at Universidad de Antioquia.
For the fourth consecutive year she has participated in the concert of the end of the year organized by Teatro de Bellas Artes and City TV. She was invited to El Salvador to perform the World Premiere of Requiem by Luis Diaz. She was part of the soloists who performed Mahler 8th Symphony, event of the year with the Philharmonic Orchestra of Bogota. Her vocal training has been in charge of Ramón Calzadilla, Will Crutchfield, Detlef Sholz, Danaila Ilieva, Cesar Gutierrez and attended the master class of the Italian Renata Scotto.
Operas: The Turn of the Screw, Carmen, La Vie Parisienne, La Traviata, La Médium, La Cenerentola, The Magic Flute, El Mozote, Esther and Barber of Seville.
Operetta: The Merry Widow, The Bat, and The Count of Luxembourg.
Oratory: Creation by Haydn, Requiem, Exultate Jubilate and Coronation Mass by Mozart, Stabat Mater by Pergolesi, Gloria and Magnificat by Vivaldi, Psalm 42 by Mendelssohn, Magnificat by Bach, Choral Fantasy and Ninth Symphony by Beethoven, Mass of the Children by John Rutter and Mahler Eighth Symphony.
Zarzuelas: Los Gavilanes, Luisa Fernanda, María la O, Cecilia Valdés and El Castillo Misterioso.
Concerts and festivals: Caramoor Summer Opera Festival held in New York, Caramoor Young Vocal Artist Ensemble, World Premiere of Don Quixote in Sierra Morena, and Opera Gala in the city of Huelva Spain.
She performed concerts with the Banco de la República in different cities of Colombia and with Colombian Serenade Chamber Orchestra through Poland and Germany.
